Almond Butter Snacky Balls

Gluten-Free • Dairy-Free • Vegan • 1 Bowl • Makes 35-ish

Ingredients

2 Scoops Arbonne vanilla protein

2 cups gluten-free oats

1 cup flaxseed meal

2/3 cup unsweetened cacao nibs

1 cup almond butter

2/3 cup agave nectar

Please note that while there are many benefits to buying local and organic, preparing fresh foods in a way that works best for you and your budget is always a win! Don’t let your ability to access local/organic discourage you from going for it! Any fresh choices you make are more beneficial than processed ones.

Let’s put it together!

  1. Dump 2 scoops of Arbonne vanilla protein, 2 cups gluten-free oats, 1 cup flaxseed meal and 2/3 cup unsweetened cacao nibs into a large bowl and stir

  2. Dump 1 cup almond butter and 2/3 cup agave nectar into the dry ingredients and stir

  3. Once incorporated, put into the fridge for 20-30 minutes (this step helps with making the mixture less sticky for ball formation)

  4. Remove mixture out of fridge and roll into 1’’-ish balls and enjoy!

Store these delish snacky balls in the fridge in your fave resealable container. Their shelf-life is *at least* a week, but frankly, they don’t last that long in my house and probably won’t in yours! If you’d like a sample of the Arbonne protein, just shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to hook you up!
